Our Approach
1. Coordination of Access & Cleaning
We arranged scaffolding directly through our local provider, DDC Scaffolding, and coordinated an external cleaning contractor to soft-wash all wall surfaces before work began. This was a crucial first step, as the existing paint and render were in poor condition.
2. Render Repair & Surface Prep
Once cleaned, it became clear that one wall needed more significant repair than originally expected. Dan assessed the damage, liaised with external contractors, and ultimately carried out the render patching himself to ensure continuity and quality.
3. Painting the Full Exterior
The entire house exterior—including walls, window sills, fascias, and boundary wall—was painted to the homeowner’s requested colour scheme. Every surface was prepped, primed where necessary, and finished with high-grade masonry paint to ensure lasting protection and kerb appeal.
