Our Approach
Step 1 – Preparation
We started with a full soft wash of the exterior to remove debris, old flaking paint and surface grime. This step was essential to ensure the new layers of paint would bond properly and deliver a clean, lasting result.
Step 2 – Protection & Care
All damaged or crumbling areas of render were repaired using appropriate materials, smoothing the surface and reinforcing the overall structure.
Step 3 – Premium Finish
- Two full coats of high-grade exterior masonry paint were applied to all rendered surfaces.
- The garage door and chimney were also repainted to match the freshly updated look of the house.
- All work was completed neatly and efficiently, with minimal disruption to the homeowner.
