Our Approach
Step 1 – Preparation
To ensure a long-lasting result, we coordinated a full soft wash and steam clean of the property before starting. This process removed dirt, algae, and loose paint, creating a clean canvas for our decorating work.
Step 2 – Protection & Care
At D&B Decorating, we pride ourselves on preparation:
- All windows were carefully masked and protected.
- Downpipes were removed to allow for clean, even paint lines.
- All cracks were filled using high-grade masonry fillers, ensuring the surface was smooth and sealed.
Step 3 – Premium Finish
We used Dulux Trade Masonry Paint, applying two full coats to all rendered surfaces. Every area was carefully coated for uniform coverage and long-term protection.
For the metalwork:
- Surfaces were thoroughly cleaned and prepped.
- We applied two coats of MSP paint, known for its durability and clean finish.
Dan also added additional coats in certain areas at no extra charge, going above and beyond to ensure every part of the property looked its best.
